Bulov is investigating some drugs related murders but doesnt seem to be getting anywhere. His wife Lisa is acting a bit strange and he is convinced that she is having an affair. She complains to him that he works too hard but she doesnt mind taking wads of cash off of him to go on spending sprees. Eventually the inspector tracks down the killer after he makes the mistake of losing his lucky silver dollar at one of his crimes.
